How to Use:
After cleansing, tone liberally from your décolletage up to your forehead until your skin is soaked. Using a clean, damp facial cloth or cotton wool pad, wipe firmly but gently over your skin to remove. Pay particular attention to the corners of your nose, side of your face and around your hairline and blot your skin dry with a clean towel.
